Residence: Regency Apartment. Room 401.
- Located in Pine Ave. and 9th St.
- A beautifully crafted building, but also one of the most expensive. The first floor contains a laundry room, fitness room, a clubhouse for entertaining several guests, and an enormous area dedicated to an indoor swimming pool and adjacent hot tub.
- Residents live on the second to fourth floors in luxurious apartments with two bedrooms each, with a warm and well-lit interior. The entrances to each apartment are on the inside of the building, which has an elevator for convenience. Each living room possesses a gas fireplace, there are walk-in closets in the bedrooms, and air conditioning is provided for its residents. There are also private garages available for an additional fee.
- Duzell and Ishtar have taken over the master bedroom. Falan stays in the guestroom which has two beds.
- Most of Duzell's initial money went to the apartment, food to last him a month, a bed and book case. Duzell convinced Ishtar to spring for the furniture, since she's been there for a month longer than he has.
- Furniture/s:
(As of May 13): 1 Master bed and 2 guest beds. Two study tables (one each room). Stove. Fridge. 1 bedroom couch. 2 Victorian love seats and an elegant coffee table for the living area. 2 book cases. Wooden dining table with 6 cushioned seats.
- Rent: Duzell and Ishtar pay half each. (Because they decided to split it initially): By doing this, they are able rent the place with lots of money to spare on other things.
- Current Residents: Duzell, Ishtar and Falan.
Hobby: Since his arrival, his main obsession is reading medical texts during his shifts at the hospital. During his days off, he spends a good time in the Library to do research on Genessia and the other cities. What takes most of his time? catnaps.
Current Possessions:
Francis (NPC): The head nurse of the Genessia Hospital's night shift. Just someone who ensures he doesn't get caught as well as teach Duzell the things he needs to do.
Blood Source: Patients in the Emergency Ward. Preferably patients who are unconscious. 100 ml of blood is taken and preserved for future need. Blood meal occurs only once a week since he doesn't need much blood.

Jun. 2nd, 2014 01:22 pm[The video clicks and the feed begins with a quick red haze passing through it. It's hard to identify what it was since it was now deep within the owner's pocket. The feed appears to be in someone's pocket and had a clear view of Genessia Hospital's emergency ward. Right beside the owner was an old woman whom was slowly coming to her senses. If she wasn't in the emergency room, one would doubt that she was ill in the first place - because she looked perfectly healthy.]

[The woman still sounded frail but looked upon the doctor with great appreciation in her features. The doctor on the other hand sounded professional if not indifferent and cold. If only this woman knew that in exchange for healing her completely, he took some of her blood. Happily, the bandages that remained on her body, however small, hid the puncture marks well.]

1. Duzell knows that Ishtar is in Genessia. Not immediately. He searched for her presence the moment he saw her in his dream. (After all, her scent is all to familiar to him since he always slept with him back in Pheliosta Castle)
2. Ishtar has so kindly encouraged Duzell to work in Genessia Hospital. He works during night hours. Else, if he works the same shifts as Ishtar, he'll just sleep the whole time and let Ishtar do all the work.
3. Duzell had an extra key made specifically for Ishtar. So she can come and go as she pleases in his apartment. (Room 401 of Regency Apartments) He acquired the apartment the same day he arrived. ((Pampered kitty asked for the best apartment in town and decided to rent it))
4. Often, before Duzell turns in for the night, he'd pass by Ishtar's apartment just to check on her. When he does this, he's usually in his kyawl form.
5. As of May 13, Ishtar has been staying in the Regency with Duzell. Though she is still free to come and go. They've decided to split rent.
6. The instant Falan requested to meet with Duzell, for her safety, he encouraged her to stay at the same apartment he was staying in. Nothing perverted, just, Illsaide loves her. So she too has a spare key.
7. During his days off, he'd often spend time in the library. However when he feels like relaxing, he's in his Kyawl form and is Ishtar's main accessory (carry me). So there maybe a chance that people would often see Ishtar with a cat tailing her or a cat conveniently perched in between her folded arms and chest.
8. Residents of Ishtar's former apartment: Gaara, Sai and Temari have met Duzell as a kyawl cat (introduced as Duzie). However, they've also met Duzell in his Vampire form. To formally request them if Ishtar could stay with him as well.
9. Ishtar has mentioned some details on the Facility. She informed him that for two years, there was someone similar to him (or was him) who was also in the facility. She has informed him that Gaara has met him there, and thus, Duzell is cautious. However, he has explained that the Duzell they've met is a different person from who he is and urged them to think they are two separate entities.
